I don’t know about you, but I’ve noticed people are starting to feel happier and more positive as the days get longer here in the UK. More sunlight, buds on the trees, flowers appearing, lambs in the field and all that good stuff. This got me thinking about Springtime being a great time to look forward and review your strategy.

How coachable are you?

Using the rather helpful research tool, Answer The Public, I discovered that this is one of the most common questions being asked about the topic of coachability. Along with keywords like ‘entrepreneur coachability’ and ‘coachability, the leadership superpower’.

Institutional capability seems to be an intriguing new concept C-suite leaders are talking about, and I’d love to share my thoughts about it in this Sirise Insights.

As we consider the start of 2024, let’s not look to resolutions but rather focus on the natural flow of things. This is what will deliver renewed sense of purpose, work-life balance and boost productivity no end. Arguably far better for you than forcing yourself into a new exercise routine that you don’t enjoy or deciding that you can exist exclusively on kale smoothies.
