I’ve been there. I’ve supported leaders who are struggling with turning their businesses around and I’ve been part of the leadership team of a fast-growth technology company.

I see things from a commercial and a people perspective. I understand the complexity of business and I can ask insightful questions that get to the heart of the issue.

I’ve worked with senior leaders and non-executive directors to empower them to transform their organisations, and meet real business goals.

I’m a Chartered Accountant and a qualified Executive Coach, having achieved my Level 7 Certificate for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors with the Institute of Leadership & Management.

I’m real. You can tell me things, and I’ll understand. I’ve been in your shoes, and I know what you’re going through.

What will I get?

Coaching packages are tailored to meet the needs of the individual coachee.
We will hold an initial discovery conversation to understand your objectives and shape the support you need.

Our coaching programmes typically run for six to twelve months, with a meeting every 2-4 weeks - the meetings can be virtual or face to face in a location of your choice. Some clients even choose outdoors coaching to truly give them space to think.

You will be able to access email and telephone support outside of the coaching appointments.
