I know what it’s like to navigate through an organisation. I understand that we all have insecurities and that sometimes it’s hard to be vulnerable, especially when you’re trying to establish yourself.

I’ve worked within many organisations across many sectors and I know from colleague and client feedback that I’m approachable and easy to talk to. I can challenge in a way that works for you and my clients often tell me that working with me has transformed their approach from the very first session.

As a Chartered Accountant, I understand business and as a Professional Coach, I understand people. I can help you see things from a commercial, and organisational and a human perspective.

I hold a Level 7 Certificate for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors with the Institute of Leadership & Management and am also an accredited Team Coach.

What will I get?

Coaching packages are tailored to meet the needs of the individual coachee.
We will have an initial discovery conversation to understand your objectives and shape the support you need.

Our coaching programmes typically run for six to twelve months, with a meeting every 2-4 weeks.

These meetings can be virtual or face to face in a location of your choice.
Some clients even choose outdoors coaching to truly give them space to think.
We’ll focus on identifying your unique strengths, to help you lead in a way that feels most authentic to you.
We will explore your values and understand how they influence your decision-making.

You will also have access to the Real World Group® Performance Leader Identifier® tool, which enables leaders to self-assess their behaviours and identify areas of strength and for development.

Email and telephone support is available outside of the coaching sessions.
